Since joining the company as a receptionist for Alliance Steel in 2011, Shelley Petrbok has demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and comprehensive product knowledge.
Her journey with Alliance Steel has seen her rise through various roles, including Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, and Inside Sales Representative.
Shelley Petrbok said, "I am incredibly honored to take on this new adventure in the tubular products industry as the Commercial Coordinator. I am eager to help build the foundation for this new branch of Alliance Family of Companies.”
In her new role, Shelley will coordinate inside sales, purchasing, and customer service. She will also be the first point of contact for inside customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
