Price Increase Announcement


Due to rising input costs and increased demand, Alliance Tubular Products is
raising transactional prices by a minimum of $80/ton effective immediately. All
open quotes not confirmed with a purchase order as of 11/12/25 will need to be
re-quoted.

Please contact your sales representative for updated pricing information. 
ATP will continue to monitor market conditions closely while communicating 
any changes to our outlook relevant to market pricing, lead times, and available
capacity to our valued customers as those conditions evolve.
