Alliance Tubular Products Promotes Shaunna Frey!
Please join us in congratulating Shaunna Frey on her promotion to Customer Service Representative for Alliance Tubular Products (ATP)!
Shaunna began her journey with Alliance Steel in 2023 as a Receiving Clerk and officially transitioned into her new role on June 23, 2025. She will now report to Shelley Petrbok, Commercial Coordinator – ATP.
In her new position, Shaunna will be responsible for:
- Entering new orders
- Resolving customer issues
- Providing updates to customers and the sales team on orders and shipments
- Coordinating shipments and following up with our traffic department
- Collaborating with sales reps to build strong, lasting customer relationships
We’re excited to see Shaunna bring her experience, work ethic, and attention to detail to this new role.
