Direct Form Tubing is a manufacturing process that forms square and rectangular tubing directly from slit coil (provided by Alliance Steel), without first creating a round tube (mother tube) and then reshaping it. Instead, the material is gradually shaped on an angle from the very first roll pass.

This method, which utilizes Electric Resistance Welding (ERW), yields tubing with uniform wall profiles, clean corners, and precise weld alignment.
